A developer-focused plugin to generate config.php content for setting defaults in a custom Mai Theme. If you install your custom theme, or site managers change any of the Customizer settings, the defaults will now come from this config.

How to use:

  • Customize any Mai Theme via built in Customizer settings.
  • Visit Dashboard > Mai Theme > Config Generator.
  • Copy and paste the generated config data/content into config.php in your theme.

How the config helps:

The config is basically the “default settings” for your site. This includes site header settings, fonts/typography, colors, archive/single content settings, etc. If you install your custom theme, or site managers change any of the Customizer settings, the defaults will now come from your config.
